KPP Market is a student-developed, non-commercial platform created for the IPG Kampus Pulau Pinang community to share listings for preloved items and small student businesses.

• No impersonation or fraudulent activity

3. Listings & Transactions

KPP Market does not handle payments, deliveries, or transactions. All arrangements are made directly between users.

4. Content Moderation

Listings may be automatically reviewed or manually moderated. KPP Market reserves the right to remove or hide content that violates these terms without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

KPP Market is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions between users.

6. Intellectual Property

Website design, branding, and system features belong to the platform developer. User-submitted content remains the property of the respective users.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
